SRX2403088: HSD MIP-based sequencing of 658 individuals from 1KG
1 ILLUMINA (Illumina MiSeq) run: 68.7M spots, 7.7G bases, 376.2Mb downloads

Design: Molecular inversion probe capture
Submitted by: University of Washington
Study: Targeted sequencing of human-specific duplicated genes
show Abstracthide Abstract
Genes which have been duplicated in the human lineage may contribute to human evolution and disease. Exons of human-specific duplicated genes were targeted for sequencing using molecular inversion probes (MIPs) in 658 individuals from the 1000 Genomes Project in order to study normal variation in these genes.
Sample: Pooled sample including DNA derived from 658 1KG individuals
